Parking fee is 6.40 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. The fee is for one car. Additional and oversized vehicles will incur extra fees. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory due at check-in. Limited parking onsite No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Reservations for more than 7 days may require a unit change. Maximum occupancy in a unit is 14 days. Reservations exceeding 14 days will require a unit change. Members and guests are limited to no more than 4 weeks per calendar year and no more than 3 consecutive weeks at any combination of Club Boardwalk Resorts (DR81, D676, 5302, and 7609). This includes Exchanges, Extra Vacations, Last Call Vacations, and Bonus Weeks. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Only service dogs as defined in the ADA guidelines are permitted. Parking garage has six floors and no elevator access.
