For all RCI points reservations: There may be a 62 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory due at check-in. Parking fee is 6.40 USD for all units, per night, per unit. Only Credit Cards accepted. One car per unit, per night. Additional and oversized vehicles incur added fees. Limited parking onsite No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 3 ALL Reservations for more than 7 days may require a unit change. Maximum occupancy in a unit is 14 days. Reservations exceeding 14 days will require a unit change. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Parking garage has six floors and no elevator access. Members and guests are limited to no more than 4 weeks per calendar year and no more than 3 consecutive weeks at any combination of Club Boardwalk Resorts (DR81, D676, 5302, and 7609). This includes Exchanges, Extra Vacations, Last Call Vacations, and Bonus Weeks.
