Mandatory security deposit fee is 150 EUR for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 1.5 EUR for all units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 7 ALL Smoking is not allowed in units. Guests need to have a valid email address on their booking, so the resort can send the pre-arrival information. For Non-RCI members please email the resort within 14 days of check-in, so they can send the pre-arrival information. Mandatory electricity and cleaning fees are per person, per week, and paid at check-in. Air conditioning is only available from mid-June through mid-September and operates on fixed timetables. The wellness center is currently closed. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and begin on the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
