Outdoor pool will be closed from September 15, Annually to June 1, Annually. Resort refurbishment work is scheduled to be finished by April 2026. Mandatory club card fee is 15 EUR, per person, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory club card fee for under 12 years: €15.00 per person per week. Mandatory club card fee is 30 EUR, per person, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory club card fee for 12 years and above: €30.00 per person per week. Mandatory security deposit fee is 150 EUR for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 3 EUR for all units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. Applies to ages 12 years and above. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 7 ALL Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Unit numbers with an asterisk (*) are mansards, meaning the ceilings are low and inclined. The air-conditioning is not working in units 7/A* ,7/B* ,7/C1,7/D1,7/C,7/D,10/44,10/45*,10/46*, and heating is available starting October 15 annually. Reception hours October through March are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Reception hours April through September are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The normal check-in day is Saturday. The mandatory club card includes the utility fees, weekly linen change, and daily tidying up. The additional fees from the 1st of June to the 15th of September cover the use of the swimming pool, the tennis court (1 hour per day), and the shuttle service (Sunday to Friday) to the town of Assisi. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
