Quiet when you want quiet and then all the action on the boardwalk is
just steps away. Located between Mission Bay and La Jolla. And just 15-20
minutes from the airport. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in
walking distance. Totally doable without a car.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
