Per the seller: We love the location of Corazon Cabo Resort and Spa. Easy access to Medona Beach which is pristine. It is combed clean every morning. Vendors are close by and available for all kinds of water sports. An easy walk to downtown and the beautiful marina and Yachts. The condo itself is new and luxurious. Everything you need, a home away from home. But with fresh linen service and cleaning every day you are there.
The staff is fabulous. So helpful and gracious. We have a water view and hot tub on the
terrace. Again, I can't say enough about the location, which is a key factor in your decision. We have beautiful and memorable memories of our children and grandchildren in past visits. If it weren't for our ages, we wouldn't let this go.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
