Mandatory resort fee is 10.00 USD, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. ALL This resort may be confirmed once every 3 years; it applies to both owners and non-owners and is calculated based on the anniversary year. This restriction applies across the entire resort group (IDs 1972, D747, and DJ61). 1-in-3 rule applies to all types of reservations. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico. A maximum of 2 multiple or consecutive units per group (IDs 1972, D747, and DJ61) is allowed, except during weeks 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 51, and 52, corresponding to the second, third, and fourth weeks of July, the first two weeks of August, and the Christmas and New Year weeks, during which only 1 reservation per group is allowed. 1BR 06/04 units accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. New “Buffet Breakfast Only” Weekly Option: Must be for all guests on the reservation and for 7 consecutive days. Must prepay at least 15 days before arrival.
