Hotel Units are not recommended for more than a week stay. Resort is located in Poinciana, FL, located 30 miles from the Disney resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you.
