Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Rollaway beds, extra beds, and cribs are not available. The front desk is open daily from 7 am until 10 pm. For special arrangements, reach out at least 72 hours before arrival. Please contact the resort for full check-in details, and guests must let the resort know in advance to get late arrival instructions if arriving after 10 pm. Resort is located in Poinciana, FL, located 30 miles from the Disney resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
