We currently have 2 timeshare units and we are renting one of them for
2026. We have been going to the Alexandra for the past 15 years. We are
excited that our studio located on the first floor with ocean views has
been completely renovated. We bought a timeshare here because we were
blown away by the beauty, hospitality and tranquility this gem has to
offer. The resort is located on the stretch of Grace Bay Beach, where the
water is a breathtaking shade of turquois and the sand feels like powder.
Not to mention the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. The staff is
amazing and they make us feel welcomed and pampered. The food and drinks
are outstanding and there are many dinner options and you also have the
ability to explore sister resorts like Blue Haven. This is an all
inclusive resort, however, all timeshare owners have the option to opt
out and go to other amazing restaurants on the island. For the past 3
years my husband and I have opt into the all inclusive for 5 days and
visited outside restaurants the other 2 nights.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
