Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. The 3-bedroom units are at 3401 S. Ocean Blvd, two blocks from the main building. The pool is in the 3-bedroom building. There is no elevator in the 3-bedroom building, only in the 2-bedroom unit building. Tents are not allowed on the beach. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Guests can check in at the on-site office on Saturday between 3 pm and 6 pm ONLY. If arriving after 6pm on Saturday, guests MUST call the resort prior to check-in to make alternate arrangements. The checkout time is 10am and is strictly enforced. Contact the resort at 843-272-7376, option zero. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Call the after-hours call center at 843-626-4101 to get our lockbox code.
