Saturday-Saturday check-in, which gives you part of the weekend to re-acclimate when you get back home. Unit is GUARANTEED OCEAN VIEW. Arrive early on your check-in day and there is a greater choice of units available (first-come-first-served). Price reflects DIRECT rental. If escrow is desired, renter assumes cost. NOTE: For 2025, there is currently a $27.39/day Hawaii State (Occupancy) Tax, collected by the resort upon your check-out. 2026 Occupancy Tax will likely be within a dollar or two of 2025. All Hawaii units have this tax, but not all owners disclose this in their rental listings. There are no other fees, including parking. The parking fees disclosed below are for nightly rentals, but when the entire owner's week is booked there is no parking or other additional fees.
