This is Marriott's Shadow Ridge Enclaves. Units have just been remodeled. This is by far the nicest Marriott resort in Palm Desert. Beautiful pool areas, lots of walkways, plenty of parking, well-equipped kitchen. We own two bedroom lockoffs at Shadow Ridge and have other dates for rent under Shadow Ridge Villas here on Redweek. I do send a contract. Your name is changed as soon as you make the deposit. I choose to rent myself for some of my listings over Redweek's verify/ protect. It is expensive to use their verify/ protect option. It costs more to list for me, and RW charges me $99 success fee. When you choose anything on Redwek that is verify-protect, you pay 10% over my asking price. I do have a 2 bedroom lockoff on Redweek with verify/ protect for 2/14 and for 2/15/2026. I am attempting to use the service because more people are requesting it. I am rickandcindy23 on TUG.
