Marriott's OceanWatch Villas is a family-friendly resort comprised of
luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath villas located right on the beach in Myrtle
Beach. Our villa sleeps up to 8 people. The Master bedroom suite has a
king-size bed and the master bathroom includes an over-sized soaking tub.
The 2nd bedroom includes two queen-size beds. And, the living room has a
queen pull-out sofa bed. The villa also has a full kitchen, large ocean
view balcony, separate living & dining areas, 3 televisions,
washer/dryer, and private and secure parking garage.
The resort has four large and unique pools (three outdoor and one
indoor). All of the pools are heated. Close to the resort are a number of
activities for kids, families, and adults. Happy to share recommendations
based on past visits if interested.
If you look at the attached photos, our timeshare unit is guaranteed to
be in one of the two 8-story buildings that are closest to the beach and
separated by two large pools. At check-in time one can request a specific
floor or view or which of the two buildings is preferred.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
