Marriott's OceanWatch Resort is located in the beautiful quiet community
of the Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. It is one of the premier timeshares
on the beach. No direct public access to the beach for approximately a
mile so the beach is never crowded. Close to all the restaurants, golf
courses, theaters, Barefoot Landing, and Tanger Outlet shopping mall.
All villas have a 1 king bedroom with private full bathroom including
whirlpool tub, a 2 queen bedroom with connecting full bathroom, full
kitchen, living room, balcony w/ table & chairs, as well as a full
washer/dryer in the unit. Garden view villas are closest to the Woodsy
pool area which is a beautiful part of the grounds surrounded by trees
and palms with a gigantic pool, water slide, and kids tree house among
other things. Our kids absolutely loved it! This is a first class family
resort! Complimentary on-site covered parking.
Never rented before....NO worries. This is a Redweek "VERIFIED +
PROTECTED" listing so the contract and monies are handled by RedWeek.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
