I am an EIGHT(8) week Presidential owner at Marriott Newport(And PLATINUM ELITE WITH MARRIOTT!). Price is for 1 week stay at resort. Multiple week owners get better rooms! I never have a problem getting a great unit due to the leverage of my Presidential account status. While there is never a guarantee on your room a multi-week owner clearly has the advantage!!! There are no resort fees or taxes!!! Also includes parking! Resort is sold out for this week to book directly, but if it wasn't it would be $625 a night plus a lot of taxes!!!
