In addition to the fantastic view, the Beach Front suites have convenient access to the ocean, pool areas, grassy areas, and beach services. Just a walk down the steps and less than 100 feet to the beach and pool areas. 3. The Ocean Front villas appear to hold their values better than Ocean View, Island View, or Garden View villas. They generally bring higher sale and rental prices. 4.
