I am willing to book this directly as it annoys me that redweek.com
charges almost $1,000 for the rental contract. My listing price on
Redweek is $9,800 and they significantly overcharge on the fees.
10th Floor of Lahaina Villas - beautiful ocean front unit, with 180
degree views. Spectacular view over the original Maui Ocean Club building
looking all the way to Molokai. Beautiful unit and it is our primary
timeshare unit.
This is the 3BR corner unit in Lahaina Villas; Master bedroom has king
size bed and sitting chair with private bathroom and jetted tub. Second
bedroom has two full size double beds and an extended window to view
north towards Molokai. Third bedroom has a king size bed and sleeper
sofa, and includes its own kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
The living area of this unit in Lahaina Villas is the largest master
suite in all of Maui Ocean Club (bigger than the living area of Napili
Villas) and is extremely comfortable.
I am also renting the following two week, so let me know if you are
interested in an extended trip..

contract execution, remaining 50% required 120 days before check-in.

This is a non-refundable and non-cancelable reservation. If you need to
cancel your reservation, I will make best efforts to re-rent the unit and
refund your money, but no guarantee.
If Maui is requiring a visitor quarantine in 2025, in that specific
situation, I will allow the renter to cancel the reservation up to 60
days before check-in -- and will refund 50% of the rental amount. A
cancelation within 60 days will not receive any refund. Please consider
travel insurance if you require a full refund.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
