Book ahead and just about any week available 13 months out with your exact dates. Gourmet kitchen in all villas with private balconies. We are a group of owners and try to be the lowest price on the board with the best cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, even last minute, we will try to rerent the unit for you or get you a vacation when you can use in 2026 or even 2027, subject to availability. We've rented 100's of weeks without a hitch and only take a small deposit via credit card so you have a detailed receipt to fall back on. Once that's paid, your name goes on the reservation and only when you can confirm that with the resort or on the Marriott website do you pay the balance. Enjoy a lower price AND peace of mind before a great vacation!
