40-60% off retail and sometimes depending on inventory and availability
from a number of our sources in our network even less.
The pricing is generic and a general starting price for Mountain View
units on custom point reservations based on the real-time availability
when you contact us via our network. *Sometimes less and sometimes we can
get you an Ocean View at our price and sometimes even less if your dates
are flexible.
*May and October, late August, after thanksgiving and prior to Christmas
are sweet spots if that is helpful. But remember what ever the prices it
will always be 40-60% off retail owner direct rates you it is a great
value as you know.
We will always do everything to give you the best price we have available
to us the moment you reach out. Highly demanded holiday dates are harder
to get and are typically more but we will do our best and there can
sometimes be exceptions to the rule. We will do our best help you and we
sometimes know other owners that may have what you need.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
