Marriott Frenchman's Cove is a wonderful boutique style resort. Small
enough - being situated on a hillside within a Cove - to allow easy
navigation of all amenities, yet large enough to not feel crowded.
Beautifully designed two-bedroom units all pool, beach, and ocean facing
with a private balcony off each bedroom. Uniquely quiet, gated, it's a
perfect stay for family and friends who are treated like family by the
locals who service this resort.
Amenities include Master bedroom with King Bed, second bedroom with 2
Queen beds - sliding doors and balcony off each bedroom. Large Master
Bath with Toilet, Shower, Soaking tub, 2 sinks. 2nd Bathroom with Toilet,
Combo Shower/Tub, and Sink.
Living Room has a super comfy Queen Sofa bed with Marriott's fantastic
bedding.
Full-size Kitchen and Dining Table, and bar counter w 3 stools. . Paper
towels, dish soap, dish clothes provided in addition to standard items
needed to cook in a kitchen. Drip Coffee Maker, Blender.
Washer/Dryer w soap provided. Free Wi-fi. Fitness Center. Large Infinity
Pool overlooking the beach. Jacuzzi. Pool-side Grille Restaurant. BBQs.
Daily activities calendar for kids and adults. Small Tug Boat that can
take you into town (Approx $12/pp each way) if you choose not to rent a
car.
And as a Chairman's Level owner, this is my favorite Marriott property
that I personally spend 2 weeks at every year. Happy to share "all my
favorite things to do" with you - St Thomas, St John, the BVI's - if this
is your first visit.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
