Daily 0 The resort has specific rules and regulations that govern your stay, and the stay of your guests and invitees (Resort Rules). These Resort Rules are available at the front desk, and are available on-line at www.welkresorts.com/resortrules. Resort does require a face mask to be worn and social distancing. By completing your reservation, checking-in, and/or visiting the resort, you agree you have had the opportunity to read the Resort Rules, you understand them, and you expressly agree to be bound by them, including (without limitation) the rules pertaining to Assumption of Risk, Idemnification, Check-In/Check-out times, Smoking, Parking and Pets. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
