Enjoy a summer at Kaanapali Beach in the comfort of the newest and nicest
resort on Maui. This is a great price that is far less than what you
would pay if renting directly from Hyatt. I currently have a seven night
reservation starting August 23, 2025 in the full two bedroom villa. This
is 5 Star all the way and no other timeshare or resort on Maui compares.
The views from your huge lanai are spectacular! Great location at the
South end of Kaanapali Beach but still a within easy walking distance of
the Whaler's Village. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors give your
villa a very open effect. These units are in very high demand and rarely
become available so do not miss this opportunity. I predict you will
enjoy this resort more than any other you will ever experience. Your
lanai alone is about 500 sq ft, which is larger than many studio units
and your typical hotel room. I usually sleep outside on the lanai using
the comfortable and padded chaise lounge. I can also book stays of 2-7
nights in any size unit and can access the other premier resorts on
Kaanapali Beach such as the Marriott Maui Ocean Club, Westin Kaanapali
Ocean Resort Villas and the Kaanapali Beach Club. Please contact me for

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
