This is a fully furnished, 1 bedroom end unit with in-unit washer/dryer
and a lanai. This is a beautiful resort, with fabulous amenities and
beach access. The resort has 4 pools (two with waterfalls, an adult pool
and a kiddie pool), a long, lazy river and multiple hot tubs. A sand
volleyball pit, pickle ball court, basketball court, fitness center,
clubhouse, 2 pool bars/restaurants, game room, sauna and steam room are
also available to guests. A major attraction for resort guests is access
to a private island (Big Hickory Island). Access to the private
island/beach is from the resort's private marina. A stunning and relaxing
15 minute boat ride through Estero Bay takes guests to Big Hickory Island
where you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, an elevated pavilion with
extensive decks and restrooms awaiting you - ALL COMPLIMENTARY! The new
Salt Leaf Golf Course and clubhouse is located right next door to the
resort. Salt Leaf offers a complete pro shop, restaurant, and an 18 hole
course. An additional feature is the newly designed 9 - hole
Executive/Family course, perfect for walking and a more relaxed golf
experience. These courses are one of the very few public courses in the
area and is a "pay for play" facility. The condo units are designed in a
West Indies style, are spacious and comfortable, and all are within "a
stone's throw" of the resort's amenities. FYI: There is NO refund for
