Mandatory resort fee is 28.00 USD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Plus tax. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Weeks reservations: There may be a fee of 69.37 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Weeks reservations: There may be a fee of 124.33 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Weeks reservations: There may be a fee of 60.54 USD for studio units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 300.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Parking fee is 20.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. If not using valet parking, self-parking is next to the Marriott for $15 per day. No boat parking No trailers No RV parking No large vehicle parking Limited parking onsite Minimum age check-in is 21. No Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
