The unit is on the 2nd floor facing the water, it is a 2-story condo. The
first floor - full kitchen, dining area, living room, glass sliding doors
leading to the large screened in patio with dining set, chaise lounge fan
& bar sink. The 2nd floor - Master bedroom / bath with private balcony
facing the Golf. King size bed, comfortable cotton bedding, smart TV. The
Guest bedroom has a king bed; a child's built in bed smart TV comfortable
bedding and bathroom. there is also a laundry area. Outside there are
several grilling areas, beautiful pool & hot tube, plenty of seating in
sun or shade areas. The club house is open to all quests with tables &
chairs, ice, pool floats and refreshments. Daily activities for children
are offered as well as a daily lunch, afternoon snacks and adult
cocktails for purchase. Outdoor gaming area's such as volleyball court,
pickleball court, shuffleboard, hammocks, shelling wash stations.
The entire property at Tortuga has been renovated including the
landscaping. The staff are friendly and helpful. The sunrises and sunsets
are breathtaking! The island is a paradise, from the shelling to the bird
wildlife & dolphins.
