A Very Large BAY CLUB DELUXE VILLA Owner's Event Week 52 reservation numbers are already assigned for 2025 event weeks & reservations can be assigned/transferred to renter immediately. There are only a few Bay Club Deluxe Villa units. The deluxe villa units are in separate buildings (four units per building), are very spacious (approx. 1,400 sq. ft.significantly larger than non-deluxe two-bedroom units), each have a dedicated covered parking space, and have a dedicated BBQ area. Furthermore, the veranda/patio is larger and on the golf course at the back of the building, and you have GREAT sunset views. In 2025, timeshare event week 51 at the Bay Club is from December 20, 2025 through December 27, 2025, and week 52 is from December 27, 2025 through January 3, 2026. Owner owns two-bedroom deluxe villas for both weeksweek 51 and week 52. Rent them together, for $6,400 total, or rent just one weekweek 51 or week 52for $3,400/week. If you need more than one unit, we have additional two-bedroom villas (each sleeps 8) available for both weeks. Units are also available for 2026 holidays (Week 51 is Christmas week, and week 52 is New Years Week). Renter/user also has access to Bay Club & HGVCs Kings Land facilities and pools, in addition to the three pools at the Bay Club. There is a regular shuttle service between the Bay Club, HGVCs Kinds Land, the Hilton hotel, the Queens Shops, the Kings Shops, and other properties in Waikoloa.
