As we all know, time share is all the rage around the world especially in Las Vegas and Hilton (Hilton Grand Vacations Club, HGVC) is building yet another, the 4th tower into this program in Las Vegas alone, and many more in other parts of the world. To get into a one bedroom program starts at $39,900. And that is on the outskirt of the strip. This one is (deeded) Hilton Grand Vacations Resort at the Flamingo in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Flamingo Hilton location, smack in the very epicentre of the strip and all the action. This is located right next to the giant Ferris Wheel called the "High Roller" and the latest: LinQ zip line. You can see both from your suite. Sweet! Facilities like eateries, bars and more have been sprouting up around this resort building.
The owners have been enjoying resort style (not a hotel room but a complete suite with full kitchen and utensils, living room, bedroom, laundry and 2 giant flat screen TVs) vacationing for the last 24 years in various Hilton and other gold crown resorts (associated with RCI) all over the world and they feel that it is time to share this opportunity with others.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
