This timeshare resort is a jewel! We have owned here since 1999. The
mountain & ocean views are STUNNING. Enjoying the sunset over Bali Hai
with a Mai Tai in your hand is the cherry on top! The lagoon-style
swimming pool is a great place to relax. The Happy Talk Lounge overlooks
the resort with FABULOUS sunset views and delicious food and drinks.
Tennis is a prominent activity on the property with a full-time pro on
staff. I know youll have a GREAT week. This unit is in the Ginger
building, #6103/4. It is on the first floor, which makes it easy to haul
groceries or beach gear, and has an unobstructed patio which leads out
onto the beautiful green space with a fantastic ocean and mountain view.
This 2 bedroom unit (plus a comfortable Murphy bed in the living room) is
perfect for up to 8 guests. Your spacious unit includes 3 private lanais
(one off each bedroom and one off the living room) with breathtaking
panoramic views, making it a welcoming place to return to after exploring
Kauai. Lush tropical gardens surround the resort grounds, adding to the
island vibe. The unit is close to a small pool which has a covered
patio/picnic area with 4 community BBQs. There is a $50 check-in fee for
wifi, beach towels, gym, and beach/resort shuttle access. There is also a
timeshare occupancy tax that is $25.54/night. Parking is included for one
vehicle. All units are non-smoking. Please visit the HBR website, other
