Restaurant will be closed from September 11, 2024 to December 31, 2027. The restaurant is closed until further notice. One-bedroom unit balconies at Woodford Bridge are undergoing refurbishments and will be unusable. Minimum age check-in is 18. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. The additional cleaning fee is £40 per clean, and an extra set of towels is £4 per person. People with walking difficulties should contact the resort to arrange suitable accommodations before check-in. Limited telephone signals are available on all networks, but landline telephones are provided in the units. Car parking space is limited to one permit per room. If you're arriving late, please contact the resort before check-in. The bar and restaurant are open from Monday to Saturday, from 5pm to 10pm. You can also enjoy coffee and cakes from 3pm to 5pm. Please advise the resort if arriving after 5 PM. Upon check-in, all guests occupying the unit are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 AM. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
