Mandatory security deposit fee is 100 EUR for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Limited parking onsite Minimum age check-in is 18. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 7 ALL Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. The property reserves the right to refuse check in or terminate your stay where any guest(s) is displaying inappropriate behavior. The resort operates an ongoing refurbishment program to improve accommodations. There may be some disturbance to our guests. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort. Number of WiFi devices varies depending on the unit type. All under the age of 18 are included in the occupancy level for your apartment. Under no circumstances can the maximum occupancy level be exceeded. Upon check in all guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation. Check in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am. For late arrivals please advise resort as soon as possible. Maintenance staffed 8 hours per day. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Smoking is not allowed in units. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
