No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort tries to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information about work that may be happening during your stay, please contact the resort directly. The number of Wi-Fi devices depends on room type. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made. The property reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate your stay where any guest(s) is displaying inappropriate behavior. The resort is built on a hillside and as such has many steps and steep inclines. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. For late arrivals, please advise the resort as soon as possible. The front desk is staffed 8 hours per day. All children under 18 are included in the occupancy level for apartments. Under no circumstances can maximum occupancy be exceeded. At check-in, all guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Smoking is not allowed in units.
