In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. For late arrivals please contact resort as soon as possible. Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights and for correct check in day. Entertainment services will only be available during the months of July and August, Holy Week and Christmas. For other excursions and activities that are not related to the entertainment department, please contact reception. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information in relation to works which may be happening during your holiday, please contact the Resort directly. 5. Upon check in all guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation. Check in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am. Parking available at the resort under a fee. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
