In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. All guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation at check-in. Parking is available at the resort for a fee. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. For late arrivals please contact the resort as soon as possible for alternate check-in procedures. Bookings must be 7, 14, or 21 nights and for the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be canceled. Requests for accessibility requirements, specific apartment locations, and views cannot be guaranteed. Entertainment services will only be available during the months of July and August, Holy Week and Christmas. For other excursions and activities that are not related to the entertainment department, please contact reception. The resort has an ongoing improvement program, and refurbishments take place year-round. While the resort tries to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disruption to our guests. For information on improvements scheduled during your stay, please contact the property directly. If arriving after midnight, please contact the resort in advance for alternate check-in procedures.
