No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Entertainment services will only be available during the months of July and August, Holy Week and Christmas. For other excursions and activities that are not related to the entertainment department, please contact reception. The resort has an ongoing improvement program, and refurbishments take place year-round. While the resort tries to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disruption to our guests. For information on improvements scheduled during your stay, please contact the property directly. If arriving after midnight, please contact the resort in advance for alternate check-in procedures. All guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation at check-in. Parking is available at the resort for a fee. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
