Parking fee is 5 EUR for all units, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. Per day. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100 EUR for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Minimum age check-in is 18. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 7 ALL If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information in relation to works which may be happening during your holiday, please contact the Resort directly. All under 18 are included in the occupancy level for your apartment. Under no circumstances can the maximum occupancy be exceeded. For late arrivals please advise the resort as soon as possible. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made. The property reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate your stay if the guest(s) displays inappropriate behavior.
