Mandatory resort fee is 14.00 USD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Plus tax. No RV parking Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Any guest intending to arrive late must contact the resort prior to their scheduled check-in date to provide notice. If no late-arrival notification is received, the reservation will be canceled the day following the scheduled arrival date. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
