Mandatory resort fee is 30.00 USD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Plus tax. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Weeks reservations: There may be a fee of 72.17 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Weeks reservations: There may be a fee of 127.13 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Weeks reservations: There may be a fee of 60.54 USD for studio units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 300.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Parking fee is 20.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. If not using valet parking, self-parking is next to the Marriott for $15 per day. No RV parking No boat parking No large vehicle parking Limited parking onsite No trailers Minimum age check-in is 21. No Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Any guest intending to arrive late must contact the resort prior to their scheduled check-in date to provide notice. If no late-arrival notification is received, the reservation will be canceled the day following the scheduled arrival date.
