Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. The Fairway Forest check-is at 3077 US Hwy 64E Suite A, Sapphire, NC 28774. The office hours are 7am to 10pm daily. After-hours guests must check in at Blue Ridge Public Safety, 4352 US-64E, Sapphire, NC. Please contact 828-743-2199 to secure late check-in instructions. The resort’s check-in desk and the Public Safety Office are next to each other. Please note that this is a mountain resort and there are multiple steps to get to the accommodations. Additionally, the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom accommodations are 2 stories with 14 steps inside the unit. All activities and amenities are located off-site from the accommodations.
