The resort operates an ongoing improvement program so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavors to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. A fee is charged for pool & beach towels. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
