Mandatory security deposit fee is 100 GBP for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check out, subject to an inspection of the property. Fees charged for some utilities. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Parking spaces in the resort´s car park are limited to one car per accommodation. No commercial or heavy goods vehicles, including vans, are allowed in the car park. The property is located on a clifftop. Some areas have steps and steep gradients. Special mobility accommodations are subject to availability. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information in relation to works which may be happening during your holiday, please contact the Resort directly. A fee is charged for pool & beach towels. If arriving after midnight, please contact the resort in advance for check-in procedures. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
