Our 4th floor, corner unit is 2 bedrooms/3 baths, 1,780 sq. ft., laundry
in the unit, living room with pullout sofa, kitchen with commercial
appliances (SubZero refrigerator/Wolf gas range). There is over $150k
worth of furniture and equipment. Dining/living room has a lovely balcony
& peak-a-boo view of Point of Rocks and Siesta Key Beach. Master bedroom
has a king bed, private bathroom with an oversized shower, jetted jacuzzi
tub, double sinks, cable tv and separate toilet room. Second bedroom has
a queen bed & its own full bathroom. There is a 3rd full bath that is
located outside of the bedrooms. Bedrooms and living room have
flat-screen cable televisions.

Bar with food and drinks only opened to Hyatt Residence Club registered
guests, catered & operated by Morton's Gourmet Market.

Includes daily continental breakfast (7am-10am) with many items to choose
from.

Beautiful waterfall hot tub, pool, outdoor gas grilling area, outdoor
fire-pit designed with plenty of seating, many cabanas set up as outdoor
living rooms complete with cable televisions and some with hammocks, our
beach attendant offers SUP's, kayaks, beach toys & more. Terrace with
ping pong. Corn-hole game.

Fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment. Mens/Ladies locker rooms
have steam rooms for registered guests to use. Valet parking is not
available; however, attendant is happy to assist with luggage. Parking is
self-parking on-site. In-room housekeeping is not available at this time,
however, any and all requests for clean linens, towels, etc. are
immediately addressed thru our front desk.
