The Hyatt Siesta Key Property is easily one of the most incredible fractional ownership experiences around. It is a chance for guests to enjoy family time in multi-million dollar condos on the most desirable beach in the US. We own many timeshare properties and have done over 500 rentals through Redweek over the years. We own unit #402, which is on the 4th floor, on the southeast corner of the building. The main view is village-view but guests can see the Gulf of Mexico from the outside patio. Unit boasts two bedrooms and three bathrooms with 1,780 square feet of space. Both showers are top notch, pure quality! There is a washer and dryer in the unit. In the living room there is a LARGE flat screen TV with DVD player and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is pure quality with a beautiful Subzero refrigerator with tons of space. Enjoy the gas range which is also a top-of-the-line Wolf unit. The interior design is absolutely gorgeous, like you would find in an architectural magazine. Kitchen also has a dishwasher, microwave, and cappuccino machine. In the Dining room, the table seats six and has a view looking over the nearby village. There is a private outdoor patio off the dining room and living room with a table and chairs as well as a ceiling fan. Guests can enjoy a small view of the Gulf from this patio. The Master suite has a king size bed, a stunning private bathroom with two sinks, a TV, an oversized shower with rainfall jets in the ceiling, a jetted jacuzzi tub, and a private toilet room. The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and dedicated full bathroom. A third full bath is situated in the hall for visitors and guests using the sleeper sofa. In the morning, all guests are treated to a complimentary daily continental breakfast in the quaint lounge area near the front desks. Selections vary, but they typically include bread products, sliced meats and cheeses, oatmeal, cereal and juices, as well as coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. During the day, guests are welcome to use the onsite bar run by the local Morton's Gourmet Market. This private bar serves food and drinks only to Hyatt Residence Club registered guests. Staying on one of Americas most beautiful beaches is thrilling! There is a beach attendant who can prepare your complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas for you when you mosey on down to the beach. Also, while there, guests may sign out the free SUP, kayaks, and beach toys. In addition to the beach option, on the grounds, guests may enjoy the corn hole area in the grass, the private cabanas along the building, the night-time fire pit, the gas grill zone, or the fabulous waterfall hot tub. The kids will enjoy seeing the koi pond on the way out to the beach. Bicycles can also be signed out for free to bop around the local area. On the second floor is a cool outdoor lounge area with a beverage vending machine, a puck shuffleboard court, pool table, and ping-pong table. Great way to hang out waiting for sunset! On the third floor, there is a state-of-the-art Fitness center with free weights, treadmills, bikes, and other Life Fitness strength training equipment. Next to the Fitness center is a relaxation spa that offers massages by appointment. The Mens and Ladies locker rooms are nearby with private locker storage, showers, and private saunas. Guests may use the free Valet parking service or self park for free in the parking garage on-site. There is daily maid service for that extra boost of luxury. This is a firm six-person maximum per booking, and guests will be required to provide names of all members in their party and provide ID and a credit card swipe at checkin. Guests will need to keep a room key with them at all times on property because the access is strictly controlled for Hyatt Siesta Key guests.
