Pool will be closed from September 3, 2025 to December 31, 2026. Both indoor and outdoor pools are closed until further notice. Hot tub/Pool will be closed from September 3, 2025 to December 31, 2026. Mandatory amenities fee is 25.00 USD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. ALL This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Boating facilities and marina are open seasonally. Marina is closed on Mondays and Thursdays. Guests may experience temporary Wi-Fi, cable, and telephone outages during the cable installation project, or a vendor may need unit access. Vendors will be accompanied by resort staff members if unit access is necessary. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
