A new section of the resort is under construction and may result in daily noise. Mandatory amenities fee is 25.00 USD, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee is per day, per unit + tax. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 90.00 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 140.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 150.00 USD for 3 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Limited parking onsite No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 3 ALL If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Some buildings where the elevators do not go to the bottom floor. Guest will have to climb individual staircase leading to the entrance door of their unit. Resort is not at liberty to reasign unit types, locations or proivde upgrades. Unit confirmed through RCI will be the unit occupied. Units 1101-1108 and 2101-2106 and 3101-3106, and 4101-4108 are all first-floor units with stairs and NO elevator access. Second-floor units are 1201-1208. The first number of the unit is the building, the second number is the floor, and the third number is the room number. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. 1 bedroom units for 4 are most suited to 2 adults and 2 children as they are small. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
