Owners and Members are allowed one complimentary self-park ticket for one
vehicle, per reservation. All other guests can self park for $22 per
night. Valet parking is also available for $20 per night, per vehicle for
Owners and Members, or $27.00 per night, per vehicle for all others.
Guests are allowed two vehicles per reservation. Parking options include
a maximum of one on-site parking plus one off-site parking space or both
vehicles off-site. Onsite parking is not guaranteed during periods of
high occupancy.- Off-site parking is available for all guests and is
located at our parking structure across the street and adjacent to the
shopping center on Paradise Road. Please display the parking permit on
the dash of your vehicle while parked in our structure. Vehicles not
displaying a current permit and/ or parked in a No Parking zone will be
subject to towing. RVs, boats and trailers are not permitted.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
