This resort is cashless. Only credit or debit cards are accepted for all
sales and services. - Self-parking is available at the adjacent Boulevard
South Lot for $23 per day. Polo Towers offers valet parking for a $25 fee
per day for Members and Owners. Please note that oversized vehicles
cannot be accommodated at either location. Because space is limited,
guests are encouraged to reserve valet parking up to 48 hours in advance
of arrival. - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking
products of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic smoking
devices, are not permitted in non-smoking guest suites. Please understand
that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any
damage caused by smoking inside non-smoking guest suites. - Please note
that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite
location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on
availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to
guarantee room location. - Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 for
owners 21 years for all others. - Pets are not permitted. This is
strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as
defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not
allowed. - The fitness center is complimentary for all guests over the
age of 14. We currently have ice machines on the 18th floor in tower one
and floors 2, 5, 8, 11, 15 and 21 in tower three.
- At Check-In: Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:
- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is
required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was
made. A credit card for a $250 security deposit and a daily $28 plus tax
resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of
deposit). - Daily resort charge will be added to the room rate and
includes: Basic guest internet; PressReader access; board games; barbecue
equipment; 50% off Rodizio at local dining Pampas; $15 off 1 hour massage
or body treatment. - Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you
anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local
time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
