I have been with massanutten since 1970 when they were selling timeshares out of a trailer and there were only 3
Time share models. It is now one of the most popular timeshares on the east coast. It is a year round vacation resort in one of the most famous historical locations in the world. We have never had a problem with selling our weeks. This is just additional information for sales.
it has been my experience in the summit units that all are furnished the same and especially the units that sleep 12 with the lockout unit below. Also at the beginning of the year when we paid the annual fee we were given the opportunity of selecting a week of our choice for the year.
