Per the owner: We first purchased at mittersill mainly to force us to take a family vacation every year. We fell in love with how quiet and quaint it was. Then we became really good friends with other families that went every year. Our kids hung around with their kids. We have a corner unit with a balcony that looks out over the mountains and have spectacular sunsets out our windows and off the balcony. We were going to trade to go other places but only did one year. We still love going there but our children have no interest. After you buy you can always transfer your week. Location is close to Lincoln, cannon and loon mountain....skiing. Hiking trails. Right off Franconia notch.
