Mandatory resort fee is 35 EUR, per unit, per week, for 1 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory resort fee is 40 EUR, per unit, per week, for 2 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory resort fee is 45 EUR, per unit, per week, for 3 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 7 License: A/MA/01291 Guests must contact the resort in advance to advise their arrival times to avoid issues at check-in as the reception is open but with limited hours. Keybox service is available for guests arriving outside of reception hours. The on-site restaurant is open Monday-Sunday 9am-9pm. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and begin on the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled. Smoking is not allowed in units. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
